Excellent mud bottom. Can hold 2-4 boats comfortably. Tuck in around the corner to get out of the lake Champlain waves. Posted land, not allowed to go to shore.

Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:4Holding:4Wind Protection:4Current Flow:5Wake Protection:4Cell Service:5Beautiful secluded & protected rock lined harbor. (Private sand beach @SW corner, though weedy). Perfect except in a strong SE blow as the rock walls funnel & reflect the waves & back you up towards shear rock cliffs - not for the faint of heart with this (unusual) wind direction. Last time we were there, watched a moose swim across the Lake just outside the harbor
