Excellent anchorage. Had 15 knot S/SE winds over night. Great holding. We didn't take the tender to the beach - hung out and did some swimming. A sea turtle and family of dolphins came out to say good morning and sent us on our way : )

This was great anchorage - very protected. Winds were about 5-8 knots, sand bottom held wonderfully. No bugs! You can't really see a whole lot as you're basically inside the "marina" - concrete bulkhead all the way around. You still can see over to the ocean and can dinghy up the waterway or out to the beach easy peasy.

Such a great venue! The new docks are beautiful. Easy access off the ICW - plenty of water. The restaurant/bar area is huge - each section offers a different vibe with friendly service and delicious food.
They are finishing up the travel lift, then the shower house and laundry facilities.
Don't be in a hurry when you arrive - as everywhere else, they're short staffed.
    Definitely will be back!
