We stayed at Baytowne Marina for 6 weeks (March-April 2025) and love it here! They give discounts for monthly stays ($40 ft/monthly) and extended our stay 2 weeks at the prorated discount. The fixed docks are in great shape and they are constantly making repairs/improvements. The gated security is an added bonus and never any concerns about our safety and/or the security of our boat.

The amenities are what initially got our interest in staying here. Slip renters have access to the Tram for getting around the resort and over to the beach. They also have complimentary bicycles, kayaks, 4 pools and beach access. Our grandchildren visited during their spring break and loved all the amenities. The Village has lots of events (outdoor concerts, fireworks, etc.)

You are within walking distance of Baytowne Wharf Village with many shops and restaurants. You can also rent (or bring your own) golf cart. We had our electric bikes and were able to ride just a mile or two for groceries (Publix 1 mi, Winn Dixie 2 mi) as well as visiting Grand Boulevard Sandestin for shopping and dining. The marina also has a restaurant/bar with a big screen tv on the deck which is the happening place on big game days! Sunsets here are magnificent too!!
