The good:
Very nice, new floating concrete docks. Facilities are really nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nicest bathrooms I've seen in a marina. The not so good:
Constantly waked by boats that don't slow down. There are "no wake" signs posted and it's right on the main channel. They go day and night. Daytimes especially, constant wakes. Put out a lot of fenders and whatever you do, don't stay on the outside of the T head!
The location, despite what the website says, is kind of in the middle of nowhere. There is a small, self serve restaurant and t-shirt store attached to the marina, but for anything else, plan on an uber ride. Absolutely nothing is in walking distance and there are no shuttles or loaner cars.
No weekly rates, only daily and monthly.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Even with a strong currents, the dock hands make it easy to dock here. This is our second time here, the first time we stayed for over two months, and this time we stayed for over a month. Hunter does a fantastic job with his crew. All the Dock hands were very polite and friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. Docking was right next to the fuel, and I never had to move my boat to fuel or pump out. The showers are all huge and brand new. Parking is tight, you might have to walk a little bit, which isn't a big deal. A great place to have a package sent, as they have a secure mailbox in the front door

I had a great week here. The staff were attentive and always ready to help, which made my stay smooth and enjoyable. The marina itself is well-maintained, with very clean laundry and bath facilities that were a pleasure to use. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

Seabreeze Marina is a relatively new marina with nice floating docks and a friendly staff. There is a great bar and grill connected to the marina and a short walk away. The only thing I would improve is adding padding to the fuel dock.

June 2024, stayed two nights. Great location, NEW systems, luxury showers, easy arrival onto and off the face dock. Marina staff was helpful and energetic! Pumpout wasn't open yet.

Brand new marina, first class service and great restaurant. Floating docks. Fuel not up and running as of 4-2024 but looked almost ready. Nicest bathrooms and showers we have seen. New washing machines. Close to down town Charleston.
