The inner harbour is a long narrow body of water that lies between Little Grand Cay and Sea Horse Cay. It is a bustling place that is home to two marinas, a government dock and a seawall with dozens of small center console boats used by the local fishermen to tend their nets and traps. The traffic can make for a steady stream of wakes.
The anchorage is located on a circular patch of sand approximately 300’ in diameter that lies in the center of the harbour between Rosie’s Place Marina and Max’s Marina. Drop your anchor somewhere along a line between 27 ° 13.184’N, 078 ° 19.400 and 27 ° 13.159’N, 078 ° 19.354’W and be sure to back down to ensure you are well set.
