Cockburn Harbour
- Lat / Lon: N 21° 29.644' / W 071° 32.253'
- Depth: 6 feet
- Tide: 2 feet
- Description:
Anchor east of the old barge in 5-8 feet of water. Look for a spot of sand among the grass. Not exactly a scenic anchorage and there are signs on land that say "no dogs and cats allowed" but when it was rolling and crashing out on the ocean it was very comfortable with just slight swell in here. Good place to stop and rest.
DISCLAIMER: Before committing to an anchorage, you should confirm that the location is not governed by a regulation that may conflict with your plans. An increasing number of states and municipalities are enacting laws that define where and how long you may anchor.
