  Ginn Sur Mer (Ginn rhymes with "kin") is an abandoned housing project on the south coast of Grand Bahama Island that is located 3.0 nm southeast of the entrance to Old Bahama Bay Marina at West End.

  One of the main features of the development is a wide, 1.5 nm long man-made canal. Originally designed to permit the entry of megayachts, the main basin provides room for several vessels and offers excellent protection from all directions with excellent holding. It is by far the calmest and most secure anchorage on the west end of Grand Bahama Island.
