Heron Bay

• Description:

  Heron Bay is wide open to westerly winds. Therefore it is best to avoid the reported anchorages near the old wharf and instead tuck in north of Dampier Island, or find 15-feet of water to the north of CPR Island. This latter anchorage is protected from all winds except those from the northwest.
